About Netzwehr

Netzwehr® is a service I provide under Stefan Schandera, Risk Foresight.
I have been working for more than 25 years across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, as well as Europe with a focus on Germany, including crisis and post-conflict regions — in the field, with technology companies, governments, and international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank.

As a certified risk and crisis management advisor, and as an angel investor in high-tech and deep-tech ventures through Gigahertz Ventures and with a dedicated Ukraine focus through ua.ventures, I combine strategic foresight with hands-on experience in volatile and high-risk environments.

Since the start of the war in Ukraine, I have been closely connected to the country’s technology and cybersecurity ecosystem, working with founders, engineers, and public partners to strengthen digital resilience under real-world pressure.
